Once goods are dispatched, third-party logistics providers take full responsibility for transportation. At that point, legal ownership of the products passes to you, and all risks and liabilities during transit rest with you.
Transfer of Title
Legal title to the merchandise transfers to you once the goods leave our warehouse and are handed to the shipping carrier for delivery to your nominated address. All associated risks pass to you at the same time. By placing an order, you authorise JingXiang to engage third-party shipping carriers on your behalf.
Typographical Errors
We aim to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but occasional errors may occur. Final pricing is confirmed only when your order is processed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to a system error, JingXiang may reject or cancel the related order at its discretion.
