JingXiang Subscription Terms

1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms govern any recurring-product subscription you purchase on https://jingxiang-trade.com. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy where they apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. You also confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them.
2. What Our Subscription Includes
A subscription is a recurring delivery of curated stationery chosen from our collections — including writing instruments (pens, pencils and markers), notebooks and journals, washi tape and labels, and desk essentials such as paper clips, binder clips and small organising tools.
Each delivery will include a selection of products chosen by us, which may vary from one period to the next. Products may be substituted with comparable items of equal or greater value where an item is out of stock or discontinued.
Subscriptions are available for the following plans:

3. Subscription Cycle & Delivery Frequency
Your subscription runs on a recurring cycle (default: monthly) starting from the date your first order is placed. Deliveries are shipped on the cadence selected at checkout. Each subscription period forms a separate, individual order governed by these Terms.
4. Fees, Billing & Payment
- The subscription price, any shipping charge and the free-shipping threshold ($39.99 or more on eligible orders) are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- You authorise JingXiang (through our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period. Payment card details are handled exclusively by payment processors; JingXiang does not access or store your full card number.
- Fees are billed in advance for each upcoming period. If a charge fails, we may retry it, suspend your subscription, or cancel it if payment cannot be collected.
- Prices, plans and shipping rates may be changed from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change before the next billing period; by continuing your subscription after that period begins, you accept the new price.
5. Order Acceptance, Title & Risk
All subscription orders are subject to acceptance by JingXiang. We may decline or cancel any order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, including for insufficient stock, pricing errors or fraud-risk alerts.
Legal title to each delivery passes to you once the goods leave our warehouse and are handed to the carrier. All risks during transit rest with you. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier disruptions, weather, address errors or holidays, for which we are not liable.
6. Managing Your Subscription
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after the cancellation is confirmed. - Pause or skip: You may pause or skip a delivery [if this feature is enabled for your plan], subject to the notice window set at checkout.
- Address changes: Please keep your delivery details up to date. Addresses can only be changed before an order enters the fulfilment process.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds for Subscriptions
Each subscription delivery is covered by our Returns Policy. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, with original tags and in original packaging. Sale-price and clearance ("Clearance") items remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds for eligible subscription returns are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Return shipping costs follow our Returns Policy.
8. Cancellation & Termination by JingXiang
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, with or without cause, including if payment fails, if we detect fraud or misuse, or if the service is discontinued. Where applicable, we will provide notice in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and refund any prepaid amounts for undelivered periods.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failing to deliver under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, earthquakes, floods, courier disruptions or other unforeseeable events. We will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to perform our obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be brought before the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
